Samuel Spital and Associates was founded in 1978 by attorney Sam Spital. Prior to founding our firm attorney Spital had served nearly eight years as a Deputy Attorney General. The guiding principles of our firm include offering each client the highest-quality of representation and service while acting with integrity and being committed to their best interests.
